A complete, personalized, and one-on-one 50 minutes workout using various pilates techniques and equipment. Exercises will be selected based on your personal goals/injuries. *All Private sessions are designed for female clients.

A full 50 minutes session for you and a friend. Split the cost, save some money, and have fun! *Please note that both clients must be present for semi-private prices. *Simi-Private sessions are designed for couples or friends and family.

If you have a tight schedule, or you are in the process of building up stamina and strength, this condensed, yet complete, 30 minutes workout might be a great option. *All Private sessions are designed for female clients.
(No reformer used)
A 50 min pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. Exercises in mat pilates can also involve basic pilates equipment such as a pilates ring, resistance band, or weighted balls.
